If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
// Product Maintenance //
- Do not wash using concentrated detergent or hot water. Cold wash is recommended.
- For cotton material t-shirt may slightly shrink after washing.
- Do not use tumble dryer as this may ruined/ spoiled the printing of the design, kindly let the tees to hang dry naturally.
- Do not iron , if it is a must, iron inside-out on the lowest temperature, please avoid iron directly on the design printing.
// Delivery //
You will receive it within:
3-6 working days (west malaysia)
8-12working days (east malaysia)
after order and payment is made. Order processing time is included in the delivery period. (Longer delivery period will occur during hectic seasons, customers will be notified as well)
// Disclaimer //
- size accuracy may vary (+/- 1-3cm)
- minor color difference > screen display resolution variation, different lighting environment etc, which is not expected to be seen as a quality issue.
- minor flaws which are unobvious under normal lighting and 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the product (small black dots/ small stain/loose thread below 1cm) will not be considered as defects, and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
// Return & Refund Policy //
Returns
Just a kind reminder that all our outfits and products are made to order, so we do not accept returns for size changes, design or color.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, defect etc, contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will process the replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
- Proof of purchase (Sales invoice or receipt)
- Product must be in complete condition (free gifts, accessories, original packaging).
We reserved the right to reject any return item(s) if it does not meet the requirements.
Return parcel for defects, out of stock and mis-shipment will be borne by PIXIE'S ONLINE SDN BHD & tracking number has to be inform to our customer service.
Customer is responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
All returns must be sent back within 7 working days (orders within West Malaysia) AND 12 days (East Malaysia) upon receiving your order & it has to be informed to our customer service. We will not allow any exchange/refund if you fail to return the item/s within the stipulated time.

Refunds
For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition - incorrect size, incorrect print, defect etc, you are eligible for full refund on the product item itself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.
If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 working days.
